What a token-based plan really costs you per month
Defaults: Candy AI monthly plan (€13.99, about $15.67 converted) with 100 tokens and about $0.10 per extra token, as reported by RoboRhythms on 22 Oct 2026. Change the numbers to your own use.
In practice: on the monthly plan, 100 tokens cover a couple of dozen images or a few short videos. If you use media every day, a monthly bill of $25 to $60 is what reviewers report.

Candy AI’s subscription page lists €9.99 for the first month, then €13.99 a month; €26.97 every three months (€8.99 a month); or €47.88 a year (€3.99 a month). Converted at about 1.12, that is roughly $11.19, $15.67, $30.21 and $53.63. Local taxes may apply.
Premium includes 100 tokens a month. Its terms say generally 100 a month, and unused tokens expire at the end of the billing period, so they do not roll over.
Candy AI does not show token packs publicly. Reported packs in September 2026 start at 100 tokens for $9.99 and go up to 3,750 tokens for $299.99 with bonuses; Candy AI’s referral article values 200 tokens at $20, about $0.10 a token.
Go to Account Settings and choose Unsubscribe, according to Candy AI’s terms. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
Only in a narrow window: request it within 24 hours of payment, with no more than 20 tokens used, and for card payments only. Used tokens are not refunded. EU and UK users have a 14-day withdrawal right on the first purchase, not on renewals.
Because images, voice calls and video spend tokens, and 100 a month go quickly: reported costs include about 4 tokens an image and 12 to 80 tokens per video. Reviewers estimate real spend at $25 to $60 a month for regular users.
Candy AI’s first month is discounted to €9.99 on its own page. I could not verify any third-party promo code, so be careful with sites that ask for your card details to unlock one.
On headline price, Nectar AI is reported from $9.99 a month and Joi AI at $47.99 a year, but both charge credits or Neurons for media. OurDream AI costs more ($19.99) but includes unlimited messages and 1,000 coins. See the comparison.
